The theme of Fall 2019's LOCALS ONLY event will be Horror/Suspense/Thriller. Any locally produced short films that fit this theme may be submitted.

Screening takes place Wednesday, November 6, 10:00 PM at the Plaza Theatre. Doors open at 9:45 PM.
