This month's Eat, Drink & B-Indie will focus on providing filmmakers of all levels with essential tools, resources, and educational opportunities. The conversation will be led by our very own Education Director Melissa Simpson and Education Coordinator Taylor Montalto. We'll dive into local grants and funding options, networking opportunities, and the wealth of educational programs available.

It's back! The Atlanta Film Society and Kodak are in partnership to present the 100 Feet of Film Project. This project provides a team of filmmakers with the opportunity to maximize their creativity while minimizing the ability to reshoot. Through this project, filmmakers will learn to effectively and efficiently shoot on a limited reel of film stock, and in the process, must focus on the fundamentals of filmmaking. Join us for a discussion with Camilo Diaz, Crystal Jin Kim, Brian Lonano, and Angelica Perez-Castro as they talk about their individual experiences participating in the program and shooting on film.

This month at Eat, Drink & B-Indie, join ATLFS for a discussion led by ATLFF Education Director, Melissa Simpson, alongside filmmakers Babacar Ndiaye, Elli Belle Dean, and Keith Brooks to explore ways to make filmmaking more accessible for individuals with disabilities. We will discuss barriers faced by filmmakers and audiences, inclusive practices, and attainable solutions for both independent film and studio pictures.

This month at Eat, Drink & B-Indie, join ATLFS for a discussion led by ATLFF Programming Director Jon Kieran alongside Matt Booth and John Robinson of Videodrome, and Rocco Shapiro and Sean Valdivieso of Wax&Wane about the role of film classics in our current age and the importance of preserving physical media.
